Meet Michael Hotchkiss Recruiting Manager
Michael Hotchkiss is an experienced human resources and recruiting professional with more than eight years of experience in Life Sciences IT and Bioinformatics recruiting; he also has significant interests in Organization Development and HR Strategy which he employs to help guide Essex’s growth. Michael leads day-to-day recruitment for Essex and is the primary interface with our candidates and Essex hiring managers. Michael also provides strategic guidance on resourcing for Essex consulting engagements. Michael holds a Masters in Organization Development (MOD) from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelors in Psychology / Criminal Justice from the University of Connecticut.
